TokenAds are actually stupid.. ?

So... I completed a mobile survey for 4k zp or something...
And they say, my phone wasn't charged, but I have all the text messages from the company I signed my phone too and I had proof of confirmation, so I sent it to them, but they continue to tell me my phone hasn't been charged, so I call my company, sure enough, the money was taken off my balance.... so...... TokenAds customer support = mentally handicapped?

    Thats basically for all of them.
    I sent my proof to super rewards and they made me resend the info in 3 different emails. Then they said we will reply to you within 3 days. last day they tell me to send the info again.
    idk but ive got a feeling theres something wrong with the system. other websites, the same survey group credits better.
  • If you have any issues with the surveys send in a support ticket, complaining on here will not do you any good.
