Lower FPS after the recent patch?

My FPS was fine (for me) getting around 70 FPS in a 8v8 before the patch. Now after the patch I get 20 FPS in a 1v1. It's getting to the point where my head hurts. Anyone know how to fix it or if anyone has the same problem?

Same for me.
I use to be getting 180+
Now I am getting 80-101.1
