Why do players kicked me out of the games?

If you are in a room full of turkish mallers and you are better than them, you are kicked.
If you get a multi-kill in a room full of turkish mallers, you are kicked.
If you talk other language than turk in a room full of turkish mallers, you are kicked.

..and I'm not even racist yet. -
people really exaggerate about kicking on these forums.. look at this score, i didn't even get called hack once and i was nearly one clicking everyone
not to mention i had miniping, i think most of the low ping people instigate things
and this is on my alt account, i never get kicked on my main and i usually drop even better scores than this..
60 out of 67 gun kills were headshots... -

Yeah, I got kicked from a room a few weeks ago because I made a comeback from a 0/6 score in about 3 rounds and then progressed to a 23/8 (Which isn't even that good...) after I said "tsk tsk...turks" while they were QQing about me...one of my teammates who had basically been with me the entire time was a turk and apparently didn't like me point out the obvious...not to mention he was in 2nd place and wanted ACE. -

I'm not sure if getting kicked 3 to 5 times a night is considered to be an exaggeration. -
