i'd choose the m4a1 or the ak47, but probably the m4a1 (if you're not buying zp, that is). you should also get an AWM and at least one desert eagle, it's the best pistol.which whone would you choose ? i'd like to nowTo say that the FAMAS is crap would be an insult to crap.

The FAMAS has terrible recoil for single shotting or bursting, high rate of fire, low damage, and less bullets than all of the other rifles. There is absolutely nothing good about this gun. I've had a temporary famas that for some reason is taking 10kgp to break, so I've been using it a lot recently. I can get ace almost every game that I play, even with the FAMAS, but it's still a bad gun.
the reason I sprayed was because my computer was a POS (piece of sh1t for those that don't know). Now it's busted. That's why I don't have anything proving anything or anything recent. I'm having to borrow my sister's netbook just to get on the forums. -

Oh well, i can understand the bad recoil AND the high RoF, but i simply don't get why the famas has such a bad power, it's muzzle velocity is higher than the average m4a1, also, using the same ammo ._.
wich clearly shows that the famas keeps most of the energy on the bullet, making it "powerfuller" than the m4a1 ._.
tough i need to check if the ballistics of the .223 remington will cause a bigger damage depending on the velocity (maybe if the velocity is higher the cavitation is smaller...) -

I wouldn't waste your time. CF is very loosely based off of real life, if at all. Winchester, for example :P -

If this game was realistic, the kriss tdi (or kriss super v as it's called here) would be the most OP gun in the game. .45acp bullets so it would do way more dmg than an ak-47, it has virtually no recoil and it's accuracy is amazing (I did a project involving mixing this gun and the Assault Combat Rifle (or ACR for short). -
I've liked the famas in most games I've played, but I've like never seen it in his game.
I'm thinking of buying one, but if it's absolute garbage I'm not down.
Is it a decent gun?
If you are a skilled player and you can handle it - buy it. Personally I don't like it -
For some reason whenever i switch out my m4 custom for a famas on the ground, i get 5+ additional kills with it. I guess my handing with it is just good for its recoil, so i get 75% headshots. Also if you do get it, never use the fail 3 shot burst. You can do way better with your own controlled 5 shot bursts

CF doesn't relate to real life well, if it did, people would be dead from the first M9 shot.
