its 33.3333333333333333333333333333% chance that one of the 3 drops are the prize... its not the same thing as having 33% chance of winning it overall.
There is no trick to the black market. -

no, you are determined your prize as soon as you release the spin -

OT: It doesn't matter where you spin until, the crate prize are determined the moment you click the spin button.
I've spent 450K+ GP on the M16S-Camo and R93. Still nothing
no trick. I spent 400k gp on the new sniper and didnt even see it once
I spent 120k gp on m16-camo crates and got 3 -

Well ofc if u spinn at one spot all the time eventualy u will get it there if you'r lucky.
then u go on to the next crate and u do the same until you get it etc.
you'r bulding up a fake theroy in your mind that u believe works. -

Twice I have been told over TS3 by clan mates that I won a gun before I even let go of the spinner. What you win is determined the second you click the spinner. The spinner is nothing more then a show piece that is there to make players "Think" they have control on what they win.
If winning is based on anything, time is most likely a big factor.
Many RNG's use the current time as a seed number. RNG's aren't random, they are just very complex math equations that have multiple variables that can be changed. Seed numbers our what fill in the variables. -

So what are you trying to say really? -

Impossible to say.
With out any info about how the RNG works (The Devs are very unlikely to tell), it might as well be pure luck. Only thing I know is spinning doesn't matter and time is very likely to be a factor in what one wins.
Any example I give would only be a guess at best and may not be anywhere close to how it actually works.
