Random Number Generator.
Program used to get numbers as close to random as possible, but since it is impossible for computers to be completely random they use very complex math equations to get the numbers.
Most RNG use time as a seed number because it won't ever repeat and will be different guaranteed every time. Day, Month/Week, Year, Hour, Minute, and Second are all common seed variables in RNG's
A RNG makes a number and that number is compared to the prize list.
The seed numbers plugged into the variables decides what the final number is.
Winning a gun just requires getting the right number. -
I don't think there's actually a "time" where you win a gun.
When the new sniper came out people won it every 2 or 3 seconds, not 15 wins every 15 seconds. That only happens during regular, well I can't exactly explain it, non-patch weeks.
And just because you win a gun before you see it doesn't mean that its completely random.
My first theory was that there are thousands of items in a crate and the position they are change whenever you open a new batch of crate(s). -

It took me 47 crates to win the R93. I would say that SOMETIMES you can spin to a certain area on the wheel to win, while other times I am unsure about it.
The R93 is a beast though... I cant wait the sounds are added to it. It sounds awesome.
The osunds are added already.
