Black Screen

Even I can login into the game, join any room/any mode, hit start, the screen is 3/4 black.
I've have this problem for over a month, seriously need your helps.

Update your graphic card.

Re-download Cross Fire

i have the same problem from long temps , i uninstalled and redownloading the game but still nothing.And my graphic card is > then crossfire requirements.

i have also roblem like when i enter any game the sreen becomes black by the way i use windows xp and the game had been so good pls help me
