Symptoms :

1) DURING download and installation l had temporaly disable avg antivirus. the setup was fine but at first PATCH UPDATES it failed 2 TIMES TO DOWNLOAD PATCH DURING 1092 AND 1093. IT CONTINUED WITH 1094.
2) during first launch it failed at loading screen with "mfc application error - it needs to be closed" and crushes.The error log message at the applicaton registry was that of the picture
3) At later launches it was happening 2-3 events.
4) either crushes at loading screen with 2 "send error" messages- see picture
5) or crushes when l try to log in to server again with 2 message errors
6)or crushes when l try to enter a channel again with 2 message errors
7)or it says when l try to connect with a server the "fail to connect to server" message or the message "mm delayed connection" - l am not excactly sure about the last proper spelling

l have tried everything crossed my mind, including what l saw in many other threads...turning off antivirus, reinstalling the game (removing folders first), configuring registries, downloading tunes up utilities, replacing crossfire.exe and others, with the files mentioned in other threads...nothing.

l have ALSO TRIED TO UNINSTALL COMPLETILY AVG
l have completely uninstalled AVG, then l uninstalled cf.

After that, l removed the z8 files from programm files x86 and from my documents.

Continuing, l 've cleaned registries with tune up utilities and l downloaded a fresh 1091 setup of cf.
l installed and performed restart of computer just in case.
On the first launch l had the same issues as l have discribed above in this thread... Not a single improvement...

geo_kast, temporarily turning off AVG wont help, as it's still protecting your computer, even while disabled. Completely turn it off while downloading the patcher, otherwise it'll be a corrupt file, and cause errors.

Regarding your missing file issue; turn off any and all anti-virus software you have running, then do a complete reinstall of Crossfire. Your anti-virus isn't allowing Crossfire to download essential files.

What I notice is that HWGC loads to 100% faster than usual. When the game loads, I can log in and select channels, but once I join a game, it freezes and pops up a client error. It also crashes when I click outside the screen and click back to crossfire. Allowing crossfire into the exceptions list for anti-virus doesn't work.

l have notice the fast HWGC loading too! As far as the joining games is conserned, l had never the chance...it crushes at the best case when l first get in any channel...

This is wrong to be forced just for one application... The technical team of cf know what changes have done to cf and they must figure out what conflicts with windows 64x... they must refund our items also...At least for the days we cannot log in... l spent zp and gp for exp up 50+, helmets, radios and many other stuff..

l am not a developer but l have a good pc programing and computing background due to my studies. l understand the complexity of the multiple changes upon a program. Still we need some assurance (since it is their job and the are paid by us) that they are aware of the problem and they are deep looking at this..

l dont have the "like25550-3 and cliENT error" neither the hack tool error.

l still have all the others that l have submited

It is clear now that this kind of problems occur at certain interface platforms like windows XP 64x... Still the technical support (since the problem exists for over a week now) could at least find a pc unit, install a copy of windows xp 64 and witness the conflict with their own eyes.

I think you might just be impatient bro. Just wait for it to load. You know when there's a problem when after a full game, it loads and you have nothing, or there's only 1 or 2 players, 1 being you. Also, if you play a full game, that page comes up to load and then it automatically s**** to the game room or the lobby. Those 2 scenarios are when you know you have a loading problem, but for now, I think you might just need to wait a bit longer mate.
