A few suggestions...
Well, we all know how the situation looks like, there are lots of cheaters, hackers, aimers, glitchers, laggers and so on in this game. We also have dumb community that can't handle this problem by themselves- cheaters aren't getting kicked and experianced players end up with "you have been kicked" msg on the screen too often. I don't want to blame x-trap or z8 for such things, apparently I'm not really wise enough to speak about protection software, but there are few really simple solutions that may reduce players frustration.

Add new kicking system, the one we have right now is simply not working like it's supposed to be. Well, I don't mind keeping the old one as long as host can pick up other system of getting rid of unwanted players. Host should be able to either leave current system with voting or take full responsibility of keeping game legit- he will be the only one who can kick people. Modes that doesn't give you a chance to kick cheaters (MM,HM,FFA) should have this no-voting system as well, it could make those modes playable for normal players.

If you are getting kicked, you should keep k/d points, gp points and exp, same goes for daily mission objects.

Daily mission-I know, nobody is forced to do them, but as long as there are noticeable rewards, people will do them, even without experiancing fun. That will saddly lead people to quit the game, because they will be tired of playing modes that the don't want to. What I'm proposing is a little change of the way of electing modes, so people won't be "forced" to play games that they don't enjoy. ATM we have one object that last full month and 2 random objectives. Saddly, this month we got Hero mode, that annoys me as hell and those 2 randoms are usually the modes I don't play either (GM, FFA, Esc, MM or another HM). To satify more people I would like to see some changes like:
There are 4 objectives, each one has it's own choice of modes, for example 1)SnD 2)HM or MM 3)GM 4)TDM,Esc, FFA, the choice of mode is random, but you have still a guarantee that you won't end up w/o SnD match or game with mutants.

Another idea- I'm not really convinced to this solution, but I would like to receive some feedback. Let's say every player, who has II Lieutenant grade (or higher) is given some low amount of points each weak (let's say 3), but he won't be able to have more than 3 anyway. Those points you can spend by giving them to other players during matches, you can give only one point to each person, once you rewarded someone, you won't be able to give more points to same character (or set up some limit, let's say 1 month). You can't give those points to clan members either. People who will get enough points (like xx points/month) will be rewarded by mark "skilled player" for a next month. Another thing is, you can't give your points to a player that already gave you within next week to prevent "point trades".
"skilled player" mark will be visible ingame, so you will have some additional knowledge if player "X" is hacking or he is just good. Mark will have no effect on kicking procedure anyway.

About 1, someone suggested it before, there is even some idea that better, to allow host to maintain a ban list of his own room. And the idea has to be based on who really host the game. Otherwise, a random selected host will create lots of damage if he want to abuse it.
About 2, I have no comment. I don't care about the result of 1 game.
About 3, Daily mission should include to vote kick and report 2 hackers. And if the hacker was reported and confirmed in the game, and if you have not vote kick the hacker, the game result is cancelled so you daily mission in incomplete. Or just simply, if a game end with any hacker inside, the result is canceled. So if you want finish a daily mission with hacker, you should expect it be canceled.
About 4, if a good player was thought as hacker in game, there are equal probability he is identified as hacker by the reviewer. To know how good the player is, I can feel it by the way he moves, aims and shoots. Most pros are really careful in their move, they have fast, accurate but not insane aim, they would not run openly to fight several enemies at the same time.
And another way, watch the honorable tag, and the kdr history against his performance in the game. If you found someone with 1000:1300 aced in game with excellent score, it is suspectible.
