Why is there no 2v2 for CW?

I personally think that it would be fun to be able to 2v2 in clan wars and help when some people get left out of cw so they can cw. But i would really like to hear why this would not be a good idea. Please discuss

2v2 would be rather difficult and make the cw go by a lot faster. Plus, it would be harder to get the 10+ kills for your clan. (For the Ribbon)

And no, clan wars are all about team work, only 2 people in a clan war would be really boring and you wouldn't be able to call strategies. Moreover, a mass load of clans will be made for the purpose of only 2v2 clan wars and it will never get big or successful.

Yep, besides the clan server is designed for 3v3+ matches.

In my opinion,
2v2 and 1v1 will be so easy to farm.
Imagine that everybody can create 2 clan and farm 1 on the other and get his clan to top 1 in a week.
I know that clan ranking isn't usefull or show the real top clans,
But by doing THAT.....
The clan rank system will be totally useless.

Clan wars are for group of people playing with each other. Usually a group is 3 or more players so it would make sense to have 3vs3 and no less.

I am personally satisfied with a minimum of 3v3. 2v2's would be hard to execute more strategies, etc. Plus, for all of the S&D players, look at the maps. All of that for 4 people..? That's too much space, IMO, but oh well. I apologize but due to my opinion I vote -1.

People can work more as a clan when it is 3v3. 2v2 would be more like a couple then a clan.
It would be interested to try that but I believe the limit is accurately put at 3.

2v2 is the most fun for games like cod since maps are smaller and has more to the game, crossfire is to basic for 2v2 and would be boring + maps are massive.

I agree farming would be a huge issue and same with the maps being super big i never even thought of that. I think their still would be plenty of strategies. I mean we have all probably been in the case where you lose someone at half or begin due to errors or d/c and played 2v3 and im sure you guys are not like okay lets pub style this ha ha.

In general the game isn't quite designed for 1v1 or 2v2. While there are niche audiences that like doing that kind of stuff they can take place on regular servers instead.

Not to mention the idea of a "clan" server is one that promotes clans, which are supposed to be made up of groups of people rather than just 1 or 2.

3 is a low limitation already, and we're likely not going to see a change to that!

2v2 games may also increase farming on the clan servers. Two people hardly make a clan, for an enjoyable clan match, 5 people should be the bare minimum.
