Do you have it overclocked to 4.0Ghz?
Why do you need 16 gb of ram?
Which 7000 series card do you have?
i haven't over-clocked yet, i havn't had a reason yet but i might since most games use 1 - 2 cores <.<
16gb of ram tbh just for show atm but in the near future it will be a need since i use 30% so 100/ 8 just over 2gb just for my system to start, idk with windows 8 i see a lot of high end games and stuff coming out, its just to add on since i plan to always just update this pc. -
First off don't bother adding another 8gb that is useless really it will be useless even for looks is still <removed> to be honest.
Safe that money for a better card sell the 7770 + money of the ram u saved u could get a 6870 its way better than that 7770.
I do wonder how much fps u get in cf.
Also if ur gone overclock and play heavy games get a new cooler for the cpu -

I do have to say the processor is more than good enough really kinda overkill but he the FX are really cheap so for the price I say a good deal and works like a charm if use allot of applications(Photoshop/video/games etc all open at the same time) and in combo with a good Graphic card you can easily run BF3.
So ya you don't need to spend to much. -

That's a nice tactic. Though don't use the 8GB you've ordered yet, since it's completely pointless because no system uses so much RAM as far as I know. -
8 core processor? 16GB RAM? Over-kill much?
An i7 Ivy bridge quad core will do wonders. Also you're GPU is lacking a tad compared to the rest of your PC. You might want to consider upgrading it. SSDs are coming down in price too, you should get one if you have the money, but just for your OS. -

Well the ram is for show because 26$ for 8gb 2x4 is good since there was a sale I had to
And keep in mind my 7770 was 111$
I ran cf highest everythig at 130- 200 Depends on everything
I run battlefield 3 at Hightest possible settings and almost every single game at max except games made this year which I can at recommended ( this is according to can you run it ) -

Still for the show who are you gone show off your 16gb of to xD
Really that is a waste of money imo.
But oke go ahead if you want
I'm more amazed that it can run bf3 on high settings.....lol how much fps you get? 30 or so?
the 6870 is like 30 a 40 dollars more but runs twice as fast also uses twice as much power so ya xD -

The 6870 I suggested is a good card.

Ight. Crossfire/Sli. doesn't really boost your machine THAT MUCH MORE. From specs of your card. 6870 is the route you should go. Promise you wont be disappointed. In the end Crossfired 7770's You may end up disappointed.RhinosRuff wrote: »stupid 7770 remeber
