When do support tickets get answered? because i need mine answered, FAST!

In weekend you will not receive answer, you must wait work days and they will answer in 2-3 work days. You will see a red envelope when you log in on z8 site when they will answer you.

Usually if it's not weekends, it ranges from a few hours to 1 day or 2 days if they're busy.

I reported so many hackers, but i never received an answer O.o

Is it normal?? How to know if they banned the hacker??

Yes, that is normal.
We don't give personalized replies to every report, it would take too much time and be pointless.

You can confirm the ban by checking the players last play date, or whether or not he has the Honorable Soldier ribbon.
