Actually send in a report ticket. I think if it's been less then "x" amount of days, you can refund it. I remember long long time ago (2 1/2 years back) i bought that ak-silver, but i meant to buy the m4-silver. They gave me a refund. (:

You can send a support ticket to refund your coupons as long as you send it within 48 hours of the exchange. Each account can only be refunded coupons once.

Send in a support ticket telling them you want the item exchanged for the coupons. When I got enough to get the AWM-Camo for permanent I mis-clicked and bought the wrong thing. Sent in a ticket and ended up getting the coupons refunded to me within the next 48 hours. Just make sure you do it quick otherwise they'll deny the exchange. Also you can only do it once per account so make sure you really want to do it.

Heard about sending in support tickets... but yo... all the GOLDS are reskins.. does it really matter? l0l

Sometimes, if you can prove that it was REALLY an ACCIDENTAL PURCHASE, they will TAKE the gun you ACCIDENTALLY bought and REPLACE it with the gun you INTENDED TO BUY.
