Low rank, I could easily farm surveys and pass it all to my main... Sorry, but not a good idea if you think outside of that box in your first post.
Especially when you can earn over 100k ZP over the course of a month. ^^

- security answer of senders account
- fee (15% of the amount sent)
- recipient is sergeant 2nd class or higher
there has been said already why you can't & why ZP shouldn't been transfer. good suggest but it will make a other issues based on that. -

How about another requirement would be that the sender must be 2nd LT, or higher. I really believe that they should moderate surveys a bit more, because I feel people abuse them by creating various alternate accounts, and redoing the surveys.
