HELP [Crossfire Error]

Yesterday my mouse started bugging when I were playing crossfire. I checked if it was like that when I were surfing on the internet, but it wasn't. So I tried to reinstall my mouse plugin but it still didn't work. So then I tried to reinstall crossfire, yet I kept having the same problem with my mouse IG. (This is not happening in lobby, only IG) Then I restarted my whole computer to factory condition. I now have nothing on my computer than crossfire. So after I downloaded the client and installed the game, I opened the G4Box and this message appear before I'm about to click start:

So I first clicked "yes" and the game started as normal. But then I realized that my FPS which is usually 150 WITH all my old programs and stuff that I had before I restarted my computer, have now turned into 30-60. Then I also noticed my ping. It's now always around 100-300 on UK when it was normally 50-70 before. And I thought I've might got a virus that had cracked into the internet system or something, but when I move over to my Mac or just go to the internet on the PC, the internet is working fine. So I think it must have to do with this whole script thingy, and before you say anything I have already tried to press "No" instead of yes when the script error square appears. Yet same problem. I've also tried to go to the URL website which is in the error box. When I do, a download starts directly, where I can chose to run or to cancel. I've only canceled it because of the risk of getting eventual viruses. But I don't know, should I run it or what? I really need some help. Tell me if you need more info. thanks
