I can't request my account to my email!

hi guys i am trying to request full info of my account to my email, since i forgot password
but every time i press the send button, it redirects me to Z8 home page! Please i want to play!
email is Censored

I don't know why it redirects you to the z8Games home page, but it works for me.

Try using a different browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer.)

Tried didn't work
Used different PC, didn't work... same as different IP

Try making a new account and send in a support ticket on it. Remember that they don't work on weekends or holidays.

Maybe they write something after they redirect you?

or maybe you're using a wrong email address...

After it leads you to the homepage i'm pretty sure you go to your email >.> Don't yell at me if i'm wrong i havent done this in a while.
