Can not be playing in Cross Fire, so when you can play from Italy?

I had an old account and I can not get in, I made a new account and I can not enter, that is we must do to play?

You can't play from Italy except on an account made before the epoch. You have your own version of cf that you should play if you are unable to play cf na.
