Delays on payments using mobile phones are usually because the phone company needs to be in touch with ZONG and then ultimately to us.
Zong gives us international options, but there could be delays with those transactions. Things such as rates, currency, communication are all factors in what could be causing a delay.
You can always send a ticket in to http://spport.z8games.com and if it's a mobile related problem be sure to include the mobile number you charged it to, and any other important transaction information.
