Move the M4A1 to unlock-rank MASTER SGT 1st class.

Then make the M4A1-Rookie with 25/75 free ranked - 35000GP

This will help stop the consistent account creation crap a bit as well as make them learn to aim more with the lack of bullets.

EDIT -/- NOTE: Some idiot thought I was complaining about the M4.
I'm not. In fact, I want a lower clip for myself.

People consistently complain about sprayers all the time, so reserving the higher clip capacity for the experienced will lower the spraying a bit from the lower ranks. Not only that, but I personally want a lower clip M4A1 really bad....

It's not too much of a difference, but if I said a clip of 20/60 which I would prefer for myself... then there would be even more easily enraged comments then there already is q:

Those are ranked weapons, and if you actually think i'm complaining then you're fuhking ret4rded. M4A1 is my weapon of choice, and I'm trying to help the community, and rookies learn to aim, and spray less through actions since words and example dont work.

Dont waste peoples time with your horrible assumptions and get off anyones thread that you're not going to take the time to understand.

There's a lot of reasons why I'm suggesting this.
