What we're looking for a solid rifler with:

Potential
Decent shot
Good communication
Reliable
Able to listen and follow the strats given
Call what they see & get exchanges.
Be open minded.
Quick learner.
Canadian/ American, doesn't matter.
Also don't have a big ass ego or be annoying.

Will only play if two out of the six on the team can't make it.
