Playing 1vs15 on Uk4?

Seriously, I don't know what is wrong with these players in Uk4. I attempted to kill my teammates (rather successfully) to be able to win the round for me (not my team). I'm talking about ghostmode.

I learned a few things. First of all make a nooby ghost follow you, then bring him to your teammates, throw a flash and watch them slowly die. If someone survives throw an explosive. Now start the round. Most likely 1vs7 but still better than 1vs BL + GR.

1 round after they got to know that I was carrying the team they kicked me. They found out in the second last round.
