My cousin was banned for no reason, his ingame name was bedomorad, I really liked his account, and we used to play alot, and HE DIDN'T HAK, so what could I do to get it back ?

send the support ticket and ask Z8 for the reason. If he didn't use hack tool, he will be fine. If he don't pay the money for any purchase, he must pay it.

cant, the gms just close tickets no matter what you say, I've tried to help my long ago friend and the gms were just being plain ignorant. His friend cheated on his account and he got perm banned
He even begged countless times and I know that he regrets it too + his profile so beast

Those people are heartless.

why would he even give his account to his friend in the first place...

Account sharing violates the terms and agreements so the GM's did the correct thing

Don't give ur acc to someone u can't trust with ur wallet, and don't fall for scam sites, they won't give you any free ZP.

He wouldn't get a ban if he wouldn't hack,glitch or insult people ingame.He also may have given his acc info to someone else or downloaded a file with a keylogger(a hack for example)

He didn't glitch or insult anyone

And didn't give his acc info to anyone :S
He oneday found his account suddenly banned

Perm ban is too harsh and its not his fault someone lied to him then betrayed his trust... and lets be realistic here, who reads all those policy bs

Probably banned for a temporary time limited, just wait it should be unban within the time limit, check the reason why he was banned, tell him not to make the same mistake.
