Random help anyone?

Idunno if anyone here will be able to help me, but I've searched on google for over an hour, trying to fix this, and I've tried using converters, sony vegas, windows player, a ton of stuff. I recorded something with fraps, it saved as an AVI, but just won't fcking open. I recorded for the audio, hell, I even tried using an audio extractor, and it wouldn't let me open it..

I never had this problem before when recording, but I don't wanna lose what I have.. or should have.. Any one know how to help? Would be appreciated. Thanks
