With the top items, combined with 20-30 minutes of any cardio, you will have an amazing body. Unless of course your nutrition is **** poor, then I recommend cleaning that up.

I purchased all those items about 5 months ago. At first I could only do 5-10 pull ups before failure, roughly 30 pushups before failure, and I was at the 50lbs hand grip range.

Now I can do 10-20 pull ups before failure, around 40 weighted pushups (25 lb back pack), and I'm at the 100lb hand grip close to the 150 lb.


Currently 16, 5'8, and weigh 142 lbs. I'll be around 148-150 by summer, just in time to get some beach *****es.
