m4-c is obviously not WOGL allowed because its easier to use than the m4-s and is more an advantage. so dont waste bp on it unless you wanna play WOGL rules.

Yes m4 silver is better. The reason why m4 cust seems to have more recoil is because there is a scope attachment. Basically they want you to use the scope.
