Lock yourself up and invite players to join. Kick them if you find hackers.
Or choose a room with only 2-10 players. A smaller room is easy to be controlled.
To play in open pub, very likely you will owned by hackers. I have found over 10 cases of groups of hacker fight in TDMs. There is no other choice but quit, the vote kick would never succeed. And before you vote failed, you have died over 10 times. There is no need to see which side is stronger. -
Avoid TDM and FFA like the plague, so many hackers in them and next to no one bothers to remove them.
Next, figure out which server gives you the lowest ping.
To check, join a game and well playing hold the Tab key on your keyboard.
Look for the number on the right of your name and under the Status word, that number is your ping.
Check your ping in Alpha, Bravo, and UK 4. The one that gives you the lowest ping is the best server to play in for you.
I'd suggest playing Escape Mode to get your skills up and practice.
Not many hackers there and most pro players play SND instead. So most of your opponents should be a bit easy.
Focus on killing them with the least amount of ammo possible to practice your aim. -

Many want to removed them, but sometimes we are even out numbered by them.
Currently players can be classified as 3 categories:
1. Legit players who always trying to kick hackers.
2. Legit players who don't kick hackers or just kick for themselves.
3. Hackers.
Class 2 might have most population. And it looks like more likely they join to class 3 sometime.
What I know is, hackers might not like zombie mode, even the zombie mode is boring (but I can not kill the boss). I played two zombie mode, seems no one hacks.
It is a spray game anyway. -

There are 4 categories.
1. Legit players that try to enforce the rules at all times. (Kick hackers, glitchers, and overly insulting players.)
2. Legit players that are afraid to enforce the rules because they will get kicked.
3. Players that are willing to do what ever it takes to win for them selves. (Request the
kicking of enemy players. Refusing to kick hackers on their team. Kicking players on their team that try to kick hackers.)
4. Hackers.
Biggest problem in the game isn't the hacking but the refusal of so many to even try to kick hackers or worse actively defend hackers. -
S&D is not about skills,it's about something else, don't know how to explain it,but most Chinese are good in S&D,but bad in TDM
Its teamwork and strategy.
Flanking, camping, intercepting, rushing, and covering.
Things that are rarely used in TDM.
Plus most TDM maps are close-medium range well SND is medium-long range. -

And TDM requires skills ,S&D is all about what you said -

TDM still need cooperation. When you have some good teammates with common sense how to cover each other, the game would be much easier.
Without team cooperation, you will find lots of threat from your side or back.
However, when players have some habit to play the game, some bold action might create a difference. For example, in SnD there are lots of players who penetrate the defense and attack from back. In TDM it is same, when you think both side are trying to hold the line, someone new might go directly across it and be a surprise for you. -

No, it's not a server or channel, it's your own room where you play against friends. (not hacking) friends I might add -

Good point. In TD, chams and no recoil don't help as much as they do in SD, thus making it seem like Asians are bad in TD compared to SD. -

I don't think you understand it. To assume that players from another nation have more hackers is stupid.
It is very likely that in CF asian servers have less hackers.
Also, hacking code, as minor as no recoil, would be same in TDM and in SnD. If it is beneficial for SnD, it would be beneficial for TDM too.
Strategy plays an important role in SnD. You might know the situation when your teams are separated into small groups to let the enemy get rid of them one by one. And you should experience the scenario when you run out of a corner and encounter several enemies. You will found more likely you are killed without killing anyone.
Asian players, most start with sole CS, which has only 1 mode, are familiar with the mode. You will find them more likely to walk than to run, more likely to shoot at every corner than just run up to check. Because they know the map very well, and plays more careful than TDM players.
A common problem for TDM player is there is always chance to reengage the game after death, in SnD, you have only 1 chance. -
Chinese player ain't pro becoz they camp, spray n also where full on armor
Who said pro can not camp? Do you know in CS international official match, the champaign team would camp when they lost the first round? They need to survive to gain money to equip themselves.
Camping is a strategy, a style. Nothing to complain about, except some dumb camper never proceed to finish the task or provide support for the team.
Armor, in some extend, is the problem of the game. The concept of f2p need to persuade player to buy. If you feel unfair, you can buy yourself armor. -
