Two of my clan mate lost their golden weapons,and other stuff whether they are perm or temp

This is completely unfair ! as we follow rules, Z8 should follow rules too -.-

Black Market Coupon refunds will be given for accidental exchanges as long as the purchaser contacts Z8Games within 48 hours of the original coupon exchange.
