for my friend receives the ZP I've gifted throught PAYSAFE Card?

We've been waiting for 1 hour, he doesn't receive the ZP.

I've kept all payments infos, just wanted to know how long do he has to wait

ermm it took me about an hour and a half to get my zp...has he tried relogging etc?

sometimes it takes 1-2 hrs and at end it doesn't charge, if you go to check ur PSC credit balance, you will see that the money in Transaction. after the 1-2 hr when you go check again you will find the money's back to the PSC again and u can go deposit and u will be charged this time immediately.

Well this could be another problem happening at the moment. The lobbys are lagging and also some black markey crate is bugged and I've seen some posts saying that surveys arent crediting

Maybe you chose a bad time to gift zp lol xD

Paysafecard should never be that long to receive ZP.

However we did experience some site difficulties this morning. Most of which have been corrected. Try to be patient and wait it out, there might be some backlogged transactions that the system is processing one-by-one now that the site is back. Since you were charged it looks like you're gonna get your zp with no issue, but the delay is probably due to the above.

As mentioned though, there's never any harm with sending in a support ticket to ask what happened, or whats up with your payment.

Oh weird. Whenever I've been gifted zp it's been pretty much instantaneous. Has always been with UGC cards though. I don't know about paysafe. Good luck!
