Just ban him..
I reported a 100% pure 'shoot through walls' hacker. He has a high rank, so I did really want to report him.
I saved the game. Submitet a report.. And now, seven days later. He is still active and he has not been banned. (The report has been removed.)
Why are they not banning him? Seriously... just ban him.
Or what do u want from me? Is not the replay good enough? Do you want me to do a freaking sparta remix of the replay?
I do understand it is hard to keep hackers away from the game. But I do not understand why you can't ban the hackers who has been reported..

Dude Relax your report is not the only they have to look at there's a tons of report everyday so chill. -
But that doesn't mean that they should delete them..
They don't delete reports, it just takes a lot of time to go through the hundreds of reports they receive daily.
Then again, coming on the forums and crying about them not being banned isn't going to change much. -

There is a backlog of reports (you should have thought of that).
Support doesn't work on the weekends, so subtract 2 days per week. Add to that the hundreds sent in daily.
Forums are not a place to complain about how your hacking report wasn't looked at. Please be more patient. -

Actually, thousands of tickets are sent in daily. Everything else in this post is 100% fact.
