then stay there This serveis is not Averiable in Your region ?

Why ??

Yup, you're in an area that is restricted from making a working account on this version of CrossFire.
You can still make an account on the CF version for your region: CF EU, CF RU, CF Korea, CF China, CF Vietnam, CF Japan or CF Philippines (I think that's all of them)

As gm_sa said the red area of the map. The service is not available in your region!! There is another version of crossfire there. Please play that version. Have fun!!

it means Your not from there For an example I live in the us and i was downloading the china version Of crossfire It would say the same thing that happen to You Meaning Download crossfire from your state.

You could possibly be trying to play from an IP restricted (Red Zone) area.

If so, then you will have to play on a different Crossfire Version.
