Your probably in one of the restricted areas.

Yup, you're in an area that is restricted from making a working account on this version of CrossFire.
You can still make an account on the CF version for your region: CF EU, CF RU, CF Korea, CF China, CF Vietnam, CF Japan or CF Philippines (I think that's all of them)

it means Your not from there For an example I live in the us and i was downloading the china version Of crossfire It would say the same thing that happen to You Meaning Download crossfire from your state.

You could possibly be trying to play from an IP restricted (Red Zone) area.

If so, then you will have to play on a different Crossfire Version.
