Crossfire Glitch/Bug

Since after Black Friday i've been getting this glitch or bug. Everything is fine. Same old items then when i joined an GM game it took me about 20-30 minutes to load. First was the screen in the middle and the game loading but it didn't load. Then 5 minutes later it moved to the top left corner. 1 minute later the whole screen turned black except the bar at the bottom. 10 minutes later it loads. Finally when i joined the game it's all glitched. The score stays the same no matter who wins the round. I couldn't see the name tags on the score list. And once the C4 blew i couldn't wait to play but i couldn't play. It was like i was spectator only it wasn't an spectator match. I had to watch someone play and each time they get an kill the killmark just appears on my screen.

Can anybody help me?
