Crossfire Glitch/Bug

Since after Black Friday i've been getting this glitch or bug. Everything is fine. Same old items then when i joined an GM game it took me about 20-30 minutes to load. First was the screen in the middle and the game loading but it didn't load. Then 5 minutes later it moved to the top left corner. 1 minute later the whole screen turned black except the bar at the bottom. 10 minutes later it loads. Finally when i joined the game it's all glitched. The score stays the same no matter who wins the round. I couldn't see the name tags on the score list. And once the C4 blew i couldn't wait to play but i couldn't play. It was like i was spectator only it wasn't an spectator match. I had to watch someone play and each time they get an kill the killmark just appears on my screen.

Can anybody help me?

Restart PC? Reinstall CF?
oh and wrong section.

I dunno how to fix it. The black screen and loading screen has happened to me before, but I just Ctrl+Alt+Del.

I get that but really quickly, like a load of flashing. But it only happens the first time. Rejoin afterwards and it's fine.
