IMO, the award should not be based on player votes. Instead, they should hire people to play each and every game for 3 days then decide the award. The reason why players vote for HackFire is mainly because it is way harder to earn 750 gp than to click of a button.

lol how dare u speak about "real" on "virtual" environment ... i agree the lack of most outstatet post on this MMOreview ... but none of gamemasters are prevented to use same methods ... and finally it's the community wich maked CF#1 ... also i doubt many of them would take theirs vote back after this review *..*

That's what the author of the article said. It's actually because of the 750 GP that people voted for CrossFire.

There is no cheating, it's a allowed way to gain votes and everybody can do it and is doing it.(The one's that actually got/had a chance to win were giving away stuff)

Yes, I want CF to win.
Just because the other games suck or because the games I like aren't in the list or the don't have a chance of winning in the first place because of it's publishers that aren't doing much about it.

I don't need the GP I already got 700k GP
But still voted like 5 a 7 times, and so far I already know cf will win....so I don't vote anymore.

But lets see, z8games gives away free GP codes for voting

Yep, because of it's player base.
Players from other games don't give that much about these awards because the don't care that much about game otherwise the could easily just vote and get there free stuff for there own.

Hardly cheating as its temp and everyone gets one whether you voted or not (if they win).

The players of CF are willing to spend TIME to vote for a game just to get some GP.
Why is that? ya the wanna improve there gameplay because for some reason the actually enjoy the game.

z8games/g4box/smilegate has been innovation since like this game has been out.
The added a new Anti-hacks, the sometimes listen to the community stuff and add stuff(Can be better true)
The improve the interaction between players in game(With the whole buddy invite,message sending etc.)

The have even completely recoded the clan page to show better stats of clan matches.
The update the game montly(Sometimes every 2 months for big patches that bring new mods etc)

The got good support system, you contact the support system and the will reply to you.
It can take some time but hehe that is what you get when there are so much kids playing the game the complain about everything these days...

If that doesn't work you can always come on the forums and ask about your problems.

These past view weeks, there were allot of problems because of the new patch.
z8games/devs have been updating and trying to help everybody to fix the problems.

So how is that not considerate service?
It wouldn't been considerate service if the didn't give a **** and said go fix it your self.


And if you wanna talk about the "hyping up" "promotion" yes z8 did that.
But who at the end chose to vote?
THE PLAYERS THAT PLAY THE GAME.

So what....some games chose to give away stuff per vote and some chose at the end of the voting.
And Z8games chose the best option like most other did....

Do you see ava any were in the list... no I don't do you see it? I only see CF and the games I just said in the list. because of there smart choice of giving away free ingame points per day per vote.
ava could have done that to but no the were probably to lazy to code a simple link like z8 did or like the other games that automaticly votes and creates a code that gives you ingame points. (So ya there own fault)

That free ingame item was just the thing to make the players vote.
And than it's all left to the players to do it or not to do it...

And as you have noticed CF players are more than willing to vote than any other players from a different game.




cf has/had problems and the will come and go just like in any other game.
It's you that makes a big problem out of it and cry over it.

It's a free game get over it.
