Just in case you haven't actually claimed your prize yet:

In order to claim your Random Draw Prize Package you must send us a support ticket BEFORE December 2nd, 2011. In the support ticket you must include:
Your XFire user name.
Your XFire registered email (the email address on your xfire account)
Your Full Name and Mailing Address.

Shipping date:

Prizes will be mailed on Thursday November 24th and will take regular shipping times to reach their destination.

Yes, it takes a long time for postal services to get the item from the shipping to destination point, it could take a matter of days depending on the service and speed, but could take up to a few weeks. I would be safe to assume that it will eventually arrive if you provided right information.
