Your account might be suspended, or it is a glitch. If you are certain your account isn't suspended (or under investigation), send in a Technical Support ticket - http://support.z8games.com/ and they should be able to give you proper answers.

When you login to your account on the webpage of Z8 Games (the account you cannot get in game with) does it show a message that you are banned, or give you anything in a pop-up window?

I also have this proble in my account but only it goes out for me of above in my page of the game nothing goes out for me of it it started it going out after the patch

if you dont play with hack no risen to ban y dont no if your brother play with hack wait 7 day to responde gm send tiket and wait for answer
