Service Not Available in Your Region - information required

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING
The latest patch seems to have introduced an IP restriction problem on some of our users in the Green Zone.
For reference, here is the Map showing the Green Zones:
The problem is existing as a temporary issue for a lot of users. At seemingly random intervals it will show the message "Service Not Available in your Region".
We have login IP data through our own game tracking and administration equipment. However we would like to verify this information with people have the problem.
PLEASE SEND A SUPPORT TICKET TO http://support.z8games.com WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
YOUR IN GAME NAME: <IGN>
YOUR CURRENT IP ADDRESS: #.#.#.#
The Last Time you logged in and received the Restriction Message.
To get your current IP address you can go to www.whatsmyip.org and copy and paste the IP address listed there.
We will leave this thread open for people who want to post their information here. Please note that these are public forums and anyone can see your IP information if you choose to post it.
We hope to have this problem solved as soon as possible.

U Know u all Have the Most issues with such an old game usually games this old dont have as many issues but u all find ways to make them >( Why can't u all Do anything?
First off Ur New Map Orbital Station Has More Errors then i can Count
Secondly Ur Games Replays Are All jaked up in game i cant load them without error
Third All the Seasonal Items are zp If there's a weapon involved
Fourthly Fix The Anti Hacking Software
Finally Close Crossfire Down If Ur Not Going To SOLVE issue's Because in just 2 years U all have lost alot of good gamers If u dont fix it i'd say 1Year from Now People Wont Play!
FIX THEM!!! DO SOMTHING ABOUT IT! -
Why can't you just revert back to the last update, i'v seen it done before.. it seems the whole update was fked up so why not just take it down and fix it, then re release it... instead of fixing it while its still released..
FYI, the part that deals with IP restrictions was reverted back to the old one. People are still experiencing this problem so more technical work and information is required to track down the problem. -

Ok. People are not reading the original post. To send a support ticket, go to http://www.support.z8games.com go to web form in the side bar and choose Cross Fire>Technical Support and fill in the blank with what GM Saidin said. People who are complaining that they can't log in, well listen up. THIS IS A KNOWN PROBLEM AND WILL BE FIXED. These problems will not be fixed within one day, they can take sometimes up to a FEW WEEKS. Also, if you have registered your account BEFORE August 3rd, 2011, I believe that you will be able to log in. So I will repeat what the GMs and MODs and whatever other people have said, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANYMORE POSTS/THREADS ABOUT THIS ISSUE. Weemanal, you can't make a program that will stop all hacks. They can stop one, but they will just release another. If you're so smart than you fix it. You will see that everyone will start complaining to you to fix it already. Z8 already has problems with hacks and now this. They have a huge load on their hands, and all you can do is to thank them for getting the license to this game so we can play it. And the fact that this is free, they don't have big resources and they are not as popular as Nexon, Valve, and a few others. They can't afford people so smart to fix in two hours. Why can't you be like other people and actually support Z8?
