Are hackers still up in this game?
k about 8 months of inactivity cuz of the hack fest that happened before.
Just curious to know if it's still up or the game is clean and good.
But i still doubt i'm gonna play this game again tho @_@
cuz i bought a new computer and now i can play ANY game at max settings(including Crysis
)
but anyway,just curious to know if Z8 finally took the time to make CF a clean game

I have MW2 and trust me "NONE OF THE PLAYERS HACK"
You know why?
-MW2 costs money.
-If you get banned it is permaned and you have to buy the game again.
-You can't get back banned accounds because they get deleted the same time.
Why there are hackers in crossfire?
-Crossfire is free
-If you get banned after some days you will be anbanned (sometimes it is permaned)
-If you get permaned bann you can create new acc and dowload the game and hack again because everything is free. -

Are you talking about console games? Because consoles are almost impossible to hack unless you know what you're doing, the little script kiddies of PC gaming can't just download a .exe and start shooting through walls.
And if you're talking about the PC version of MW2, I can tell you from experience, there ARE hackers. And lots of them. MW2 doesn't even have an anti-hack system, and no one looks at gameplay and hands out bans. People cham, aimbot, and worse... I stopped playing MW2 after playing against someone that spent the entire game behind an AC-130 screen. -

As long as the majority of players don't care or support the hackers, there will always be hacking. The greatest defense against hackers is a community that actively kicks and reports them.
X-trap filters out what types of hacks are around.
Support deals with the ones that slip through X-trap.
The Community is supposed to refuse to let hackers play, not let it happen. -

Dude there are hacks for all video games and there are kids using these hacks.
Google helps also, you can google MW2 hacks and they are all over. -

I don't play LoL, but just use Google to search for LoL hacks. Several sites have hacks for that game.
OT: I haven't really seen any hackers in the past few weeks, although there is the occasional person who does shoot through walls or has no recoil. -

OT: eh, i haven't been playing CF lately, the latency just kills my will to play
i've been playin CABR tough, lots and lots and lots and lots of cheaters, tough people do actually kick them o.o -
