well id delete any prosesses not dealing with windows, your computer, or virus protection, and if your windows 7 change the priority of crossfire.exe to low. if any other windows, change to above normal or high if you have the ram to do so without your computer crashing.

Yes it will raise the overall FPS you get. Then the RAM (or memory) Would stabilize them.Get a graphics card bro.. You dont need a new processor... You might want to get another stick of ram to.. Also if your game settings are on high then your going to get poor FPS with no G card. Turn them on low till you get one:)
