What should I compare the AK-74 to in my review?

Due to wheres_mommy giving me a good reason to review it and sandwichROAR also being interested, I'm reviewing the AK-74 next.

I've decided to ask what the community thinks for what to compare the weapons I review to. What I decide won't be based on the number of votes for each weapon, it will more be about the reasoning (mine included).

So the question is this; What do you want me to compare the AK-74 to in my review? (2 weapons)

I'm leaning towards the AK-47 and the M4A1, someone try and dissuade me if you think you have a better idea.

I prefer you review the ak 74u, it's a great underused gun with ak power but lighter.
Or do both since they have "ak 74" in name :P

ak-74 with ak74u, ak 47 with ak x-mas (because i think they are same only + 5 ammo for ak-xmas) and a review for ak 47 halloween because i think is lighter then normal one.

And the best ak 47 compare will be between ak 47 scope and ak 47 knife because this are the ak's with extra function (zoom and stab)

I suggest keeping the review comparisons to the family tree if possible, but i wouldn't mind if it was compared to other guns like the m4. ak-47 or 74u is probably the better deal.

everyone keeps saying compare the ak-74 to the ak-74u, but they're completely different.

Just because they have a similar name doesn't mean they have anything in common at all lol

So should I compare 2 weapons that are compeltely different to one another or 2 weapons that are similar?

The AK-74 is pretty much a crossbreed of the m4a1 and the ak-47 which is why I was leaning towards comparing it to those two

K1A and M4 are similar to it in many ways.

i want to see the ak74 compared to the m4a1 regular.

we all know the damage of the ak 47 and recoil is a lot higher than the ak74. i think the m4 comparison to it would be more appropriate in terms of spray pattern, accuracy, and maybe weight of both guns. The m4a1 is the best "all around" gun, but is the ak74 a good "all-arounder" as well? If so, how good of a "all-arounder" is it compared to the m4a1 reg?

I'd Compare it too the Rugar.
Ak47 is to obvious and many people will be biased towards it due to it being a popular gun.
Rugar is similar to the AK74 with mostly only being noticeably different in RPS and spray pattern.

I support this view.

Like D.E., Ak 47 is a weapon known by many (although newcomers deserve a glimpse of God's Gunman guide.) And common item in many "bags" in the game. I myself have one and it is my faithful servant.

But lately I've opted for the Ruger. Best firepower, rate of fire, spray pattern and accuracy in a package lighter than Ak reg. At least for me.

It would be an interesting cross between the infos of Ak 74, with the Ruger and / or other weapons.

Compare it in the AK-47 line and to the M4A1.

Also, fix up your terminology. The only weapon that uses a clip is the Mauser. The rest of the weapons in this game use Box Magazines or Drum Magazines (RPK).

Why not make a gun review for every gun that is different from one and the other? I mean, like M4-S/ M4-Adv / M4-Liberty / etc. or AK-S/AK-Camo, that should be one video;

But make more GP gun reviews, I'd like to see how you do with those types of guns
