has been active on the account? It reverts itself to trainee after a certain number of days of inactivity. That probably would then allow the IP restriction to affect that account.

well if the leader can log on to the forums and check his profile to see indeed it has been reverted, then possibly it can.
Has the leader sent a ticket regarding this? This account, if indeed created before the restrictions took effect, means that there needs an exception to be created.

well he came back yesterday and hes tried to patch it after downloading but it wouldn't let him patch said access denied, and it was made WAY before the IP patch i can vouch for him
-Freshy is his IGN. he hasnt sent a support ticket yet because he hasn't tried all his options and the support unit on this game is real slow so indeed if it doesnt work after re downloading over night then he will need to send a support ticket and indeed an acception needs to be applied. he has got a new internet recently so due to the account IP changing from which hes logging in this could of caused the problem meaning he will have to send a support ticket?
