Account Login
Hey I'm trying to contact support but when ever i go to summit a question that isn't answer by FAQ, it takes me to a page that said...
"Page Not Found.
You have reached a page that has been change or does not exist. Or the previous page processing your request has some errors. If you still encounter the problem, please click here to contact us."
I click here and takes me back to support page and when i click summit question again it does same thing.
Can anyone help me with this?

If i was told the email i used i can login because i remember the password i used with the account...

Place it under Account, then Account Administration.
You will need to remember your registration email to basically start out anything, as most communication will probably be sent there.
And whoever told you that you can use an email in place for a login ID is wrong. -
No its... i don't remember my email i used for my original account, i have more than one emails for different things such as survays, facebook, myspace. The reason i "need told" the email i used for my account cuz i don't remember login name...but i remember password...and the player name in-game. (Crossfire)
oh and thanks for link...it works thats the page i was trying to get to without getting error... -
well, unfortunate for you.
Either you should try to remember the proper login ID (which is the same one for logging in the website)
or remember the email used for registration.
the player IGN is just a nickname, nothing to do with login procedures.
If you look at the ticket to submit under Account, then Account Administration, you will see that it is possible to lookup that registration email. I recommend you try it, providing that you can display other forms of proof that the account is yours. -

That is an optional way.
When they mean 2 pieces of information, it is either- Current Register Email :
- Current Security Question & Answer:
- Account Creation Date :
What I was saying is that one of the services offered was looking up the registration email. It is up to you to use that service. -
Seeing i don't remember login ID (and it said its requested) I can't do that support option but i have found another option i went to and sent in my question hopefully they will respond.

How do you login then? Is it a "remembered password" in the web browser? It is displayed either way, all you would have to do is input the password.
The support function has been acting up lately for many people; don't worry, it will be resolved soon I hope.

You can change the email address from the old one to a newer more current one. Hope that would help.

Ok i'll explain it more clear. And more information...
I am a old player i quit crossfire for about almost half a year...(came back now)
forgot my login id name and the email i used...
I only remember the password for the account. (yes the password was memorable not saved on browser)
I have been trying several emails i been using for anything and can't seem to find the right one for my old account.
I been playing crossfire for about 2 years..but not (2 years) with the account i forgot login id and email...
I i'm not sure but i believe i remember my security question if i was asked to answer it...
I am using the same computer though so the last IP and ISP should be the same for the account i'm trying to get on...
I could provide lots of information proving that its my account, such as screenshots of my gameplay scores, the clans i have been in, if i purchased zp with the account or not and more...
(also to answer other question...what did i do i went to link (selected crossfire) then (selected Technical Support) and typed out my situation. -
IP changes constantly, through leases made on the address that then expire. (Like apt rents!)
In the Account ticket it would have already presented your Security Question, all you would have to do is answer it.
Screenshots of gameplay, clan's testimonial can't be used to determine ownership of an account.
The ticket asks for 2 transaction ID's, for ZP purchases, so that would be easiest to do.
When you sent the ticket under Tech Support, they will most likely close it with a reply stating that they are not the proper department to be handling that ticket.

The Login ID and Email lookup can only be found with the support ticket, or you can change the very least the email part, as explained in my other post. Maybe when it sends out the email it will tell you to which emails it was sent to.
