Well, if you "lost" your account to someone else it means the guy who "hacked" your account is probably playing on the account and you no longer have only 1 IP address used in it.

If someone stole your account, chances are they changed all your contact information. sadly, your acct is most likely lost forever. thats why i change my PW every month
