We (brazilians) have a lot of competitive clans.
You guys don't know our competitive teams, just because we play championships (woglrules/anticheat) that are not sponsored by Z8.
We have more than 5 championships/year (with prizes).
Our community (forum) has 50.000 members.
Anyway, we still waiting for WOGL/ESL support. -

And this is something that I understand, when you have larger groups of people there are more people in that group who will want to play competitive. I'm sure brazillians have plenty of teams. I don't expect much from this community, and I understand you as a person of a... foreign nationality get raged and take a lot of rage, and hate from the North American community.
If we were to try and merge our competitive communities (not entirely) it would be hit or miss, players would either start to respect a few of the better brazillians, or just continue to be racist and hateful.
I honestly think that if Polleus was to start a draft that we would allow english speaking Brazillians. I'm sure there aren't MASSES of those, but they are sort of a liason to the rest of the community. -
No it isn't. It is about the minority of players that want to be or are curious about competitive play WITHIN that majority.At least 5 of them are interested in playing leagues and just being competitive.

Why don't you give playing competitive a shot? I'm sure out of the sixty members your clans all have on average at least 5 of them are interested in playing leagues and just being competitive. If I may ask what holds you back?
Do you not know who to ask or where to go?
Does the communities attitude hold you back?
I'm really curious and this thread is for basically everyone, 99% of you guys on the foru era hate - scar light, m12, cheaters and playing with people who don't speak your language. Almost all of those are fixed by just going and playing a few scrims against teams or pinning it out in echo 8 or whatever else.
Doesn't it seem logical to just go do it? There really is nothing that any of us have against you, some of the competitive community will flame, call you a pubstars, or whatever else. But there are just as many of us who would pop in your vent or mumble and help you out, explain strays go over things you are doing wrong and answer any questions you might have.
So let's hear it, why don't you play competitive?
I use to play competitive but I got bored of waiting around/having to skip things in my social life to scrim/practice. I'd rather just get in a room and chill with some friends. -

I really don't care about what the NA cmm think about us.
But anyway.. as i said, we have over 100 competitive teams.
I think it's impossible to merge our communities, because of ping difference.

It would be difficult to merge our teams not because of ping difference, although that does play a factor. It is more so the language barrier in my opinion.
Generally south americans actually have quite good competitive gaming teams in other games. They are just treated poorly and rejected from our community here.
If I get a team going I will definitely drop you a message to get a 5. -
A really good BR clan is estranged. Rolled us in a 5, dont underestimate gringos.
There are plenty of good brazillian teams, but the pubbers and cheaters give them a really bad reputation.
I can't remember if anthrax was BR or not, pretty sure they were. But those guys were quite good given the 200 ping. -

I'm talking about ACTIVE competitive teams!
AfterLife died.
BlueBurn died.
Anthrax died.
Btw, i'm from the old/first BlueBurn team.
Now BlueBurn is known as ParalyzeD.
About Anthrax, their leader (atx*rem) got banned for our cmm.
He was caught (byanticheat) using hck! That's why Anthrax isn't on my list.
