It amazes me how corrupted this community is.
Every game I go to, there's at least one hacker.
At least 2/3 of everyone is brazilian and has like, 300 ping.
Then there are those who have like 0-8, and they're like ''HACKARRRRRR!~''
And then people kick those who are like 7-4 claiming they're hacking.
Then, if you're on a mission map, if there's a hacker on the opposing team, no one will kick him. And if someone does votekick him, everyone will look at their keyboard, and click f12, then look back at their screen, because they simply don't care. All they care about is their wins and mission wins.
Supporting z8 games is cool and all, but I see these people running around with like 0.3 kd using cash items. -_-
If you ever played in public rooms, a lot of people are TERRIBLE. Like, at least 1/2 of my team usually just stand there and wait for an enemy to come, then randomly spray and don't burst fire. It's hard to communicate because their grammar and communicating skills are terrible(not saying my grammar isn't terrible, but it's readable at least.)

I read a lot of topics in this forum from qqing threads to rage ones, and always the same problem, Hacks and an other more importan problem i think that cause the first problem is the indiference from the cf community.
I'm from Argentina i've played since 2009 and i got to tell i began this game being like a br kid, qqing about everything untill found some tutorials and some tips from partners that help me to get better and to understand how the things works.Now, that's the diference i found from 2009 to this actual state of cf, i know that in that moment cf was going under a masive hak atack but how we handle the things back then is way to diferent from now.
Just to make an exaple, in those days a speed ghost haker with all the package get into a gm game and was kiked in matter of seconds, and even the ones who hide theres haks didnt last to long. In these days ive seen a walltrought shotter starting from round 1 to 12 and no one try to kik him just becaus they say that bl hak to.
From my point of view ban SA won't resolve the problem it still ill be there because you have to remember istn all brazilian only that use and abuse of hak, that my friend its a global problem and that solution its just an insult for us.
One of the problems that most of Southamericans players have its the languaje that its the first thing we came across to play this game and not everyone can understand you or wright to you, so just to try something new that i think its never done is bring information about the game, gameplays,tips, etc in an other languaje, for an exaple spanish and portuguese, im not saying that this will solve the haking problem but this ill help the people to understand the game, to know whats good and whats wrong with it and more.

1. I used to play when Subagames was the portal too, I know how bad it was back then but it was still only around 1 hacker every 5 games. Now its hard to find a room with out 2-3 hackers. And even then there were kicked more often then now.
2. The reason why hackers were usually kicked before December is because most of the players back then were NA. Most NA schools enforce fair play and sportsmanship from a young age and refusal to apply or do non-sportsmanship behavior was very strictly punished. So NA players are taught to follow the rules and play fair (still a rotten apple here and there but the majority enforce fair play)
3. How wouldn't blocking SA get the problem manageable? Nearly all the hack accusing, kick abusing, and a fair share of hacking come from players. Most SA players don't kick obvious hackers if they have 120+ ping but will kick any player with less then 90 for anything. Its the reason why so many NA players left. Granted that hackers come from everywhere, but the biggest problem is nearly no one kicks them and even worse most DEFEND them.
4. The community you speak of, do you mean the in game players or the forumers?
The in game players are mostly from Non-NA regions and are the problem.
They have shown again and again that they care NOTHING for fair play and won't change.
If they refuse to play by the rules then they should be removed.
The forumers that are left here are mostly people who invested too much into this game to let it die or are to stubborn to leave.
5. About the 40% can't understand English. If they can't understand English then WHY are they playing a ENGLISH game, hosted in a ENGLISH country? No one forced them to come here. No one forced them to misbehave here. They CHOSE to come here. They CHOSE to misbehave here.
6. The players that helped other players in the past. Many of them left when the hacking and kick abusing started getting bad. I used to be one of the players that helped out new players. Tried to teach them the ropes, being nice to them. I stopped in July simply because none of them seemed to care, and all it got me was being kicked out of nearly every game I play simply because my ping is less them 90. If a player is nice to me, I'll be nice back. If they start insulting me, I'll not be nice to them.
7. How can I do anything to change the game for the better?
I'm just a player so I got no authority to make changes to the game.
90% of the players think I hack simply because I've been playing longer then them, so none of them will listen to me. Even if they could understand me in the first place.
The community you want to is filled with people that couldn't care less about anything other then themselves. The ones that are creating the problems refuse to change, so why should I defend them? I've tried changing them, now I just want them gone.
8. Between August 2010 and December 2010.
Hackers were rare, 1 out of 50 games if you were unlucky.
Hackers were kicked fast.
No one was kick abusing.
Insulting and QQing was uncommon.
Players helped one another learn the game and complimented each other.
The average ping was 80.
From December 2010 to now the amount of high ping players kept growing and growing.
Over time hacking became more and more common.
Kick abusing started happening and becoming more common.
Hackers were starting to stop being kicked at all.
Insults and QQing started becoming the norm.
NA players fed up with it eventually left in mass.
Players stopped helping others.
Players started DEFENDING the hackers.
The average ping is now 170.
When this game was mostly NA players it was fun and healthy.
Now that this game is now mostly Non-NA players, its filled with hackers, kick abusers, and insulters. Not hard to guess where the problems are coming from. -

How many reports do you think are sent in 1 day? There are 750,000+ player accounts that favorited the Facebook page. Even if only 1% report hackers when they see them or think they see them that still be 7,500 reports a day if each one only sees 1 hacker.
Each report can take between 10-30 minutes to review and decide if someone is hacking.
Assuming about 10 people in support, 15minutes times at least 7,500 reports that is 112,500 minutes of review. Divide that by 10 and that is 11,250 minutes or 187 hours they need to go through just 1 day of reports. They don't got enough time to go through them all, even with 100 people dedicated to reviewing reports that is still 18 hours per person.
In short there is way to many reports for way to few amount of people too ever get it done in a timely fashion. -

As long as there is something people want, there will be people trying to make a profit off it.
There are gun makers because people want guns.
There are hack makers because people want hacks.
The main trouble with going after the hack makers is that any legal channel would take months if not years before any results are shown. And in that time more hack makers could start making hacks. It take to long, it take to much resources, and there will always be more. As long as people want hacks, there will be people that try to take advantage of it.
Now lets discuss why people hack.
The 3 most common reasons are.
1. Wants to win.
2. Wants revenge.
3. Wants to have fun.
Now we have the 3 reasons, lets try to find out why there are far more High ping hackers then low ping hackers.
Ping is the delay between when one receives info and the delay it takes to send it.
The higher it is the older and more off the data is. Ping is usually measured in milliseconds.
every 1 ping equals a 0.001 delay. A Ping of 50 takes 0.050 seconds to receive data and 0.50 seconds to send data. Add the average human response time of 0.250 and we have a total of 0.350 delay from when the server sends the data it has and receives the players response.
A ping 150+ equals 0.150 seconds, so it takes 0.150 seconds to receive data, 0.250 seconds to respond to it, and 0.150 seconds for the server to receive the response. Equaling 0.550 seconds or more from start to finish. That 0.200 seconds difference can mean the difference between shooting a target and getting all hits and shooting at a target and getting all misses.
A ping of 150 is hard to play with. It takes a lot of experience to do well with it.
Since the higher the ping the harder it is, Reason number 1 is explained.
1. Wants to win. High ping leads too harder time winning. Harder time winning means more likely to look for ways to win. Looking for ways to win means more likely to resort to hacking.
Next reason number 2.
2. Wants revenge.
Revenge against what you may ask? Those the the player thinks are hacking.
For some reason nearly all High ping players think I hack, they're certain of it.
I don't hack and I'm not even trying to win, and yet they persist at thinking it.
Why do these players think others are hacking? Again the High ping is to blame.
With a ping of 150+ its common for one to see all there shots hit a target but do no damage. (there compute sees a hit with the info its got but the server sees misses with its)
With lack of knowledge on how ping works its not surprising one would think hack.
With 150+ ping another player could pop around the corner, see you, and start shooting before you ever even see him. By the time one sees whats happening its already to late to respond and they are already dead.
Because the player doesn't understand that its there ping that allowed that to happen, they think the other player is hacking.
Have these 2 things happen enough and they'll be convinced everyone is hacking.
So the hack back to "even" the odds against the "hackers"
Finally reason 3.
3. Wants to have fun.
I can hardly think having 150+ ping and getting beating anf losing all the time can be fun experience. Most low pings would leave for another game if they weren't having fun with this one (we have many options). But for this group, rather then leave or put up with it or learn how to play better they look towards hacking to have fun.
Now for low ping players.
Reason 1. Wants to win.
Low ping makes it easy to beat high pings, especially since so few of them know how to play. Since one is already winning, why hack to win more?
Reason 2. Wants revenge.
This one I can see happening. For a long time there has been a lot of high ping hackers and nothing being done about it. Wanting to get revenge against these hackers, they hack themselves. This is the most likely reason why a low ping would hack now.
Reason 3. Wants to have fun.
Because of how easy the average high ping player is to beat, it can't be because one is losing. Could be they want to try out the hacks they see all the time for themselves or maybe they find no fun in constantly winning all the time with little effort now.
So they may hack to spice up a game that is way to easy for them.
But most would just look for another game to play.

You have as well to talk about people with low ping and who are not able to aim at an elephant in the game.
But anyway, you talk a lot about the ping, and I think I know where this is going...
It seems that there are more reasons for high ping players to hack than low ping players. And in fact, when there is one hacker in the room, he has more than 250 ping usually, I can not deny that (even on uk servers...).
It's pretty clear that when they will introduce south American servers, it should reduce the number of high ping players on NA servers, and probably the number of potential hackers (ok, will only reduce if the people are forced to go on the server with the lowest ping, I'm pretty sure hackers do not cares about servers and ping anymore. SA player playing in UK server, Turk/Egyptian playing on NA server, all not knowing the abbreviation of the server, or where are the servers, etc...).
Anyway, probably the best way to know where are based the hackers, will be to ask Z8games to make a statistic per country about how many IP bans they give. Another interesting statistic will be the amount of ZP bought per country.

And I'd have to agree on the server one as well. The main reason many people play on alpha is because it is the most populated server. Even tho there are other servers for people, they get left vacant because no one is playing there, and no one is playing there because no one is playing there.
Unless Z8 does some sort of ping restriction on the servers I can't see the SA players going to the SA servers. Everyone would still flood Alpha simply because that is where the players are. -

After it being said several times, people continue to be ignorant.
playing with a higher ping is so much harder then playing with low ping, whether it's vsing lower or higher ping. Sure vsing someone with high ping may take that extra bullet or lose you that extra kill, but for someone with high ping it ends up like that with all kills.
People are getting higher pings obviously because more people from across the world are discovering the game and are hoping to enjoy it and have fun, but they can't because of constant racism, abuse and just overall a terrible community, although I'm not saying I'm exactly some perfect person, but this QQ is going too far -_-
They may even act so ignorant and noob like but we were all like that when we first played, some better than others. They just need that help that a good community would give people, not racism and hate comments.
Finally, stop hating on the BRs it's not just them, I have high ping because of my location, do you think I'm going to move across the world just for a game? Anyone who does that has seriously no life. I'm sick of being called a BR, I even have kiwi in my name for god sakes, where are kiwis from.

This high ping guys are ruining the game. You are right, its sometimes harder for them but its annoying for the low ping guys too. It's not only the BRs, the Turks and Egyptians are bad too
I played with a turk in a sniper game and he kept knifing everyone with his axe. We call him noob and his respond was, "this is war, everything is allowed"

Sometimes I play n64 games online with kaillera and the only good servers are in the USA. When I play there my ping is like 80-140 and all the american guys with 20 ping are mad at us. We fixed this "problem" by adding ping limits to the rooms, now all the low ping guys have their room with ping limit 60 and we have our rooms with no ping limit at all Problem solved! I think we should add this to cf too. -
This isnt gonna change, not now and i guees not even when they release SA servers, like i said in the other post we as a community need to see things from other side and im not defending hakers, but im defendin high ping people who are really god and get teased a lot cuz of it.
I remember the first time i play in this game and i got to say i felt discriminated by a lot of guys but since its a game i realy dont care, now you can see that discrimination has his revenge, not from me its from the whole players that got discriminated and they took it to seriusly, i dont care if they do wrong by taking it in that way or if a discrimination in a game its allowed or not, but clearly this was the first step of today's problems.
I know its hard to change a point of view but after all the things being done i guess that's the last resource.
I haven't even played a regular match since zombie came out. Booyah gold gatling gun
