My Message to Z8Games
Hey Z8Games, I forgot my security answer, someone keep accessing my account in-game and I don''t know how to stop them because I typed in a random email at the start and I forgot my security answer I have tried tons of things I just cannot remember, "Account > Account Administration" didn''t work because it ask for the things I forgot I can give you my ip.

You've posted a ticket in the incorrect section, please post your account issues in "Account -> Account Administration" and the correct department will help you with this issue.     You HAVE to go that way otherwise you wont get the help you need. Its your own problem if you have forgotten it.

    Send a ticket with what you do have and see what they can do.

    You submitted the ticket under the wrong category, which makes it technically impossible for the support staff to handle it.

    I read that. But it doesn't mean they should close the ticket, they should follow it up, find out more information.

    I feel like I'm being laughed at. All I want is to get my account sorted out, another user keeps going on my account and doing stuff I have no way of changing my password.

    Wouldn't that piss you off. Sorry for the bad language.

    YOU forgetting YOUR information is not the support staffs fault.
    They need you to submit account issues under account administration.

    You don't need to fill in every field. You fill in what you know.


    If you don't know enough, you can not be given access to the account, since you can't prove that its yours.
    They might as well be giving some elses account to you, which will not happen.

    I cannot submit a ticket under account administration, because it asks for two information I do not know. that's why I submitted a ticket in the wrong section to bring it there alert.

    They cant tell if you buy ZP or not from a ticket.
    Your account details wont say "THIS USERS HAS BOUGHT "X" ZP"

    The rest are for you to fill in as accurately as possible, but you only have to fill in what you know.
    Leaving fields blank are fine, but remember that theres only so much they can do if you don't provide sufficient information.
