i did a servey thing it was a servey it was i had to downlode something to get 2000 zp and i never got it i waited like 1 day and still nothing wat do i do

Z8games doesn't take responsibility. Don't come here and complain. You may talk about them but you shouldn't rant here. You could have been denied. It could be a scam, you probably have viruses now, and it could just be a little longer.

Whitesmoke is actually a PUP Trojan according to Malware Bytes , It usually stops your Anti-Virus from running even the best ones and then re-installs itself , If it has damaged your system i recommend you download a program called "rkill" and follow the instructions it will repair your settings if the virus changed anything
If you get a search related to a program called "ComboFix" or if someone else says you should use it
DO NOT use it unless you have a good knowledge of binary or you will screw your system up

Before everyone rants and raves about surveys or how we're not responsible for delivering the points, lets look at the OP and notice that he is just asking for help.

If you did not receive points from a survey then you have to contact a survey company. Most of the surveys have help buttons or support links within the survey section of the site. You can look there.

Or if you know the company the survey is from, you can visit the website directly and send them a support ticket.

Unfortunately you won't be able contact us for a resolution to this issue as Z8Games is not responsible for surveys and whether or not they get you points.
