Still not resolved!!!

ok ive put two different threads on here problems still not resolved so im going to be sure to include every little detail of whats goin on. I downloaded the game, my requirments are far beyond the min requirments for it downloaded directx made sure all my drivers where up to date, and for some odd reason when i load game the sound is really jittery and choppy. i downloaded and reinstalled the game about 4 or 5 times now with no success. i changed my video settings in game no luck. i do notice that when the game is up and i try to play music on youtube or something simular it lags the music too. ive been waitin for about a week now to get some answers.
