Still not resolved!!!

ok ive put two different threads on here problems still not resolved so im going to be sure to include every little detail of whats goin on. I downloaded the game, my requirments are far beyond the min requirments for it downloaded directx made sure all my drivers where up to date, and for some odd reason when i load game the sound is really jittery and choppy. i downloaded and reinstalled the game about 4 or 5 times now with no success. i changed my video settings in game no luck. i do notice that when the game is up and i try to play music on youtube or something simular it lags the music too. ive been waitin for about a week now to get some answers.

We're not entirely aware of any recent sound issues.

CF doesn't do well when trying to load other things in the background (say a youtube video). But your video drivers shouldn't have anything to do with jittery sound.

Is this a recent install of windows? Is your soundcard built in? Perhaps you just need to update the bios and motherboard drivers to properly recognize the sound card?

i already tried updating all my sound and video drivers and they are all up to date i was thinking about turning down my hardware excelleration but for some reason my slider on windows vista wont let me change it =/ i really dunno wtf's goin on.
