Site Issues - Sept 5/6 - ZP Transactions and Missing Points
Hello Z8Gamers!
During the technical difficulties for our site some people were still able to make ZP purchases. This could include buying points from in game, or completing a survey or making a transaction when the site was active (even though slow).
If you have not received your points yet, it was due to these difficulties. We are in the process of restoring these transactions and handing out the points.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED AND NOT RECEIVED YOUR POINTS BY 4PM SEPTEMBER 7TH, please send in a support ticket to our support site.

Please remember to include all proofs of purchase with your support ticket. This includes transaction numbers, account records, screenshots etc, anything that you think is relevant. And please be prepared to answer the responses in the support ticket should more information be required to process your transaction.

i better get my zp. i done a mobile survey, it credited me my zp. the next mobile survey i did. it was going loading slower than usual, but then it finally loaded. and i completed the mobile survey, but it didn't give me my zp points
that mobile survey took like 20$ of my mobile credit already... btw it was Sometrics survey, And when i went to press customer support. it didn't even have "Report problem" for the survey i did.. better give me my zp or ill be angry. btw the survey was called "get an amazing lie detector app on your mobile" hope i get my zp soon... -

Update - As of approx 9:30am Today all the ZP was properly processed for this issue.

Make sure to include all relevant information including transaction ID's, proof of purchase etc etc.
